But Presso is a coffee sculpture.... that works!!
Its designers have managed to make a very sexy looking manual espresso machine, and the espresso it produces is on a par with the most sophisticated automatic espresso machine.


Ofcourse, you DO need to stick to a few coffee-rules, the most important ones using freshly roasted coffee and grind the coffee, if possible, just before brewing.
But, having used freshly roasted, freshly ground beans, you can make a superb espresso in a few minutes, with luscious crema and a beautiful rich flavour.
The Presso is made out of aluminium, buffed to a rich satin sheen,
and the stylised lever arms are
elegant yet strong.
